Nezhdanova, Antonina

Antonina Vasilievna Nezhdanova(1873-1950), Russian lyric-coloratura soprano, she represented the Russian vocal school at its best. She studied at the Moscow Conservatory, then joined the Bolshoi Theatre, she also sang at the Mariinsky Theatre in St. Petersburg, also in Odessa, Kiev and Paris. Later she began to teach singing in Moscow and appointed a professor at the city's conservatory.
